We've heard a lot of stories and rumors

Over the last 18 months, what started as a simple project turned into a legal and media nightmare. Countless hours were spent trying to clear up rumors and deal with repeated harassment from third parties, some of whom don't even appear to have an interest in the company.

Shareholders have repeatedly asked us to review posts made by people making absurd claims. Some are humorous, some are simply inappropriate and hurtful to people not even involved in the project.

We've simply tried to brush them off and stay focused. However, there's nothing to hide.

If someone wants to address one of them, let's clear the air publicly.

I heard that there was no structural steel or salvageable brick at the WMG factory!

So, I went to see for myself.

LMAO! Steel everywhere! Bricks everywhere!

I was amazed to see what great condition the majority of the bricks are in, after the fire and collapse!
