Matt, we've discussed this with Rick and you're just seeing where two meadows meet.

We are moving forward with our new plans to begin the use of the property. We've not announced the plans at this time because we want to have some of the infrastructure in place before we do so.

Originally, our plans for the use of the West Virginia property involved industrial projects. However, after Rick visited the site several times and spoke with the residents, it was determined that it was feasible to build a hunting resort on the land. That is the present direction that the Company is heading with the property. Over the last couple of months, the property has been posted with no hunting signs and we have given authority to the game wardens to remove all persons illegally hunting on the property.

Okay, industrial projects seems much more profitable than a hunting lodge, or whatever this is.
Could you please explain the logic in this "alternative"? How profitable is this? What is the timeframe in getting it off the ground?
At face value, it seems like we just lost value in the company, not gained.

My interest is the rights and our ability to drill more wells using the horizontal fracturing method. That's lasting value. A few hunting parties after spending hundreds of thousands building accommodations certainly won't bring in a steady or possibly any great flow of income.Sounds more like a playground for the company insiders and their guests. jmo

What I would like to understand is what issues preclude us from doing the drilling, etc.? If there are wells, etc. in the area. including mines, why is our property not suitable for that kind of work?

Also, what is the potential revenue for a hunting lodge? How long will it take to complete?
